wniesione opłaty nie podlegają zwrotowi w przypadku rezygnacji z uczestnictwa w konferencji po 15 sierpnia 2010. Po tym terminie jest jedynie możliwe przekazanie wpłaty na rzecz innego uczestnika. W przypadku wcześniejszej, pisemnie złożonej rezygnacji, następuje zwrot opłat po potrąceniu kosztów manipulacyjnych w wysokości: do 31 maja - 10%, do 15 sierpnia - 50%
