Accompanying person

This registration status is also designed for persons who will not be attending the presentations, lectures, workshops, but who want to attend any or all social events (coffee break, lunches etc.) included in the registration fees.

Accommodation

Information on accommodation is available on the conference website.

Books of Abstracts

The abstracts of all submissions will be available on the conference website. In addition, a printed abstract booklet will be available.

Cancellation Policy

  • Information will be available shortly.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available at the conference desk.

Coffee Breaks

Coffee and tea will be provided during coffee breaks in the morning and in the afternoon. Coffee and tea (+ appetizers) during the breaks are included in the registration fee.

Lunches

Lunches are not included in the registration fee. Participants are asked to pay for the lunches addditionally. Information will be available at the conference desk

Banquet

The number of tickets is limited, therefore, it you are interested in going to the Banquet, please reserve in advance. Accompanying persons should also be registered for these events.

Conference Workshops

All registered participants have free access to the listed workshops. Lists will be available to sign for particular workshops.

Program Changes

Program changes will be announced at the conference desk and prior the conference via mailing list

Registration Fee

The registration fee includes:

  • A copy of the printed programme
  • Access to all conference sessions and workshops with coffee and tea during breaks
